Sitting on Friday

I can truly say that I have sat enought for the last week to last me the next month. Of course when I need to sit next week I won't be able to. That's how it usually is.

It seems we have been back longer than just one week. I guess I feel that way since I spent last week up at school as well. My choice. I like being in the mix of things and helping others.

I was quite surprised to find that I had been elected to the DEC. I reallly wanted it and was quite pleased that I had won. It will be interesting attending the meetings and seeing the interworkings of our school district. I want to thank everyone who voted for me. I really appreciate your support. It means alot to me.
